TFC 'hopeful' that Altidore can return from injury for Conference final

Jozy Altidore has been sidelined for a number of weeks with a quad injury, but TFC head coach Greg Vanney is optimistic that he'll be available in some capacity, for Wednesday's clash with Atlanta United.
