Toronto will open it's Champions League quarterfinal against the Mexican club Tigres. TFC's Victor Vazquez saw plenty of Tigres two seasons ago during his time playing for Cruz Azul. What many don't know about Vazquez however are the reasons behind his quick exit from Mexico. Kristian Jack has more.
