TFC falls to Guadalajara on penalties in Concacaf Champions League final
C.D. Guadalajara has won its first-ever Concacaf Champions League title thanks to a 4-2 win on penalties after Toronto FC won 2-1 after 90 minutes to level the aggregate score at 3-3.
